How do I purchase tickets for this activity?
You can purchase tickets directly on our website above. Make sure you purchase them ASAP to lock in your price and your spot, as some spots fill up fast.
My party and I are staying at the Kona Kai. Do we get a discounted rate?
Yes, when making a reservation, select the KONA KAI GUEST block on the calendar. This will open up the booking form with the Kona Kai guest information and discount. Please make sure ot have your booking confirmation code ready for the hotel as we do ask for this.
How much is a ticket? Why are there different prices?
Tickets range in price depending on a few factors, such as the day of the week the activity is happening, how sold out it is, and more. For the best price, we recommend purchasing your tickets ASAP from our website to lock in your current pricing and guarantee a spot on our activities manifest.
Do I have to purchase a ticket for my 3-month-old?
Yes, we require that all guests must purchase a ticket for each individual. This is also a federal requirement as we need to report the capacity to the US Coast Guard.

What if I purchase a Kona Kai Ticket, but I am not staying at the Kona Kai?
If you intentionally purchase the incorrect tickets, our staff will reschedule you to the new tickets with the updated price and an administrative fee of $20/Ticket to be charged to the payment method on file. Failure to pay the fee will result in the cancellation of your tickets/reservation with no possibility of a refund. What is your cancellation policy for this activity?
Standard Bookings
All sales are final. Want flexibility? Add Trip Protection at checkout. Reservation changes without Trip Protection include a $2 modification fee. Tickets are non‑transferable.
Trip Protection
Cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before your activity.

Refunds include your ticket price minus taxes/fees and the Trip Protection cost.
Deposits
Deposits follow the same policy as full payments. Remaining balances are charged automatically 5 days before your activity. Deposits are non‑refundable without Trip Protection.
Weather
If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund—to your card or as a gift card.
No‑Shows
No‑shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
