About the Cruise

Public parking is available around the island. We do not validate or provide parking on the resort property at this time. If it is a weekend, we recommend getting there at least 30 minutes early to provide adequate time to find parking and the meeting location. If you are looking for Uber, please reach out to us for our concierge transport options and pricing.
Sales of all reservations and activities are final. The only exception is if you purchase Trip Protection at the time of reservation. Please see the Trip Protection section below for complete terms.
Weather / Rain-Check
If inclement weather results in Keener Adventures canceling a cruise or activity, a full refund will be issued. Keener Adventures will offer this refund via a gift card or a return to the card on file. A Keener Adventures representative will contact you to ensure the refund is processed.
No-Show
Keener Adventures will not compensate guests for no-shows for any reason. No credit, compensation, or rescheduling will be offered for cancellations, regardless of whether they purchased Trip Protection.
TRIP PROTECTION - Highly Recommended
Trip Protection can be purchased for this activity and allows a rescheduling/refund as long as notice is given no less than three days (72 Hours) before the start of this activity. You will see mega yachts, boats, and marinas as well. You will feel like you're in a Mediterranean Marina with boats all around you.
Please reach out to us directly or list it when you make your reservation, and we will reach out to confirm and supply other options that can be accommodated. Please note, we can not accommodate every allergy or condition, but we will do our very best to assist as much as possible.
Food and Drink are included unless you opt for another option. If you have any questions, please be sure to reach out to us directly.
Yes, but please remember that an additional $50 non-refundable multi-ordering fee will be charged to the reservation for doing this. We recommend that you order from one restaurant/Service. This does not apply to beverages such as Soda, Water, Wine, Beer, or Seltzer selections.
